Telios Law is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant who has a passion to support a team who help ministries address problems before they happen, build a culture that furthers the Kingdom of God, and care for victims in a redemptive way.

Telios Law advises and trains ministries with a vision to help them honor God, prevent misconduct, bring healing, and protect those who cannot protect themselves through thoroughly researched presentations, articles and training materials. We also practice law in the areas of employment law, child safety and protection, and workplace misconduct.

This position is part–time, for 20 hours per week with a salary of $19,000–$21,000, depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Assistant

  • Generally skilled with computers, software, websites, and technology;
  • Is proficient on all firm computer programs – Office365, Adobe, and others (training is available);
  • Able to understand and work with complex software;
  • Committed to strong and consistent data entry over several platforms;
  • Able to review and improve emails, blogs and other digital communications;
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally;
  • Treats others professionally and with respect and dignity; and
  • Communicates well and promptly with team members;

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma;
  • Two years of significant professional or academic experience with digital marketing;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions (verbal and written);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite preferred (must be learned); and
  • Ability to pivot and remain flexible and steady when working on projects.

 

Job Description

for Digital Marketing Assistant for Telios Law/Telios Teaches

CRM

  • Data Entry for Clio Grow, Brevo, and KEAP;
    • Input key client contact information into various software; and
    • Create and develop spreadsheets for tracking as directed;
  • Lead Management;
    • Develop and maintain methodologies and practices to generate potential clients through marketing campaigns; and
    • Help to transition clients through purchase and launch;
  • Lead qualification and nurturing;
    • Identify which potential customers are most likely to become clients; and
    • Build and manage positive relationships with potential clients through CRM;
  • Email list maintenance;
    • Enter new emails into CRM; and
    • Regularly clean and maintain email lists.

Content Marketing

  • Website for Telios Law:
    • Enter new blogs into Drupal;
    • Enter news items into Drupal;
    • Update Events/Seminars page;
    • Based on skill level, assist with overall site maintenance;
  • Social media:
    • Canva projects as needed;
    • Prepare blogs (already drafted, 3-6 a month);
    • Review drafts of blogs;
    • Social media postings (4-8 a month);
  • Maintain marketing files:
    • Blogs;
    • Presentation outlines; and
    • Articles.
  • Telios Teaches LMS:
    • Help to maintain course library and update content;
    • Maintain website related to LMS and Telios Teaches;
  • YouTube hosting (1-2 videos a month):
    • Post Telios Teaches vlogs on YouTube and link properly.
  • Study and analyze results of content campaigns and competitive campaigns to determine what works and doesn’t work with target audience; and
  • Draft various written materials as requested for publication and/or social media.

Email Marketing

  • Help cultivate emails that are engaging, relevant, and problem solving for potential clients by using on-brand messaging, eye-catching graphics, and a captivating tone (6-8 emails a month as described below);
  • Manage email distribution;
    • Understanding of lead nurturing automation;
    • List management;
    • Content writing and subject lines;
    • Analytics and testing; and
    • Some design knowledge.
  • Evaluate data: opens, clicks, bounces;
  • Assist Telios Teaches Creative Director in writing and scheduling email campaigns;
  • Assist Telios Law Communications Director in writing and scheduling Telios Tip email campaigns; and
  • Share Telios Teaches warmed-up emails with Telios Law email database.

Design

  • Help brainstorm with the marketing team;
    • Maintain branding of Telios Law/Telios Teaches; and
    • Enhance presentations, emails, social media posts, and communications between marketing team and entities.

Communications

  • Collaborate on strategy, execute on campaigns, and analyze and report on their effectiveness;
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with entire team;
  • Continually refine communication skills;
    • All goals are aligned, to be clear on tasks and duties;
    • Leadership can follow progress in real-time;
    • Presentations/Reports/Updates can be quickly understood and digested;
  • Demonstrate quality communication skills;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication;
    • Active listening; and
  • Providing and accepting feedback.

 

About Us

Telios Law is a small but growing firm that works locally, nationally, and internationally. Our office is in Monument, Colorado in a beautiful chalet–style building on the ridge of the Palmer Divide. We are half an hour from Colorado Springs, an hour from Denver, and about two hours from the ski resorts and other mountain activities. Telios Law is actively involved with CLS, Thomas More Society (on pro–life cases), ADF, the Child Safety and Protection Network, and Missio Nexus.

Salary ranges from $19,000 – $21,000 depending on experience. This position is part-time at 20 hours per week.
