Carole Gandera is Telios Law’s Operations Manager. She has served as Creative Director and Art Director for several entities before moving to Colorado. In Colorado, she served as a youth minister and devoted several years in Marketing & Sales before arriving at Telios Law. Carole began her service at Telios Law as the Administrative Assistant, quickly taking on the tasks and role of paralegal. In 2021 Carole transitioned to the role of Office Manager. Her involvement with the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) has helped develop additional skills that make her ideal for the position of Telios Law’s Operations Manager.

Carole has served the ALA Cyber Chapter as Secretary of their Board of Directors for two terms (2023-2024 and 2024-2025). In the summer of 2024, Carole was named a recipient of the Susan L. French Emerging Leaders Fellowship by the Foundation of the ALA. Susan L. French Emerging Leader Fellowship She has been an eager beneficiary of additional leadership training, which has been pivotal in her recent promotion.

She married in 2022 and lives in Colorado Springs with her husband, Anthony, who recently became a small business owner and a licensed minister.
