Tax-Free Savings for Persons with Disabilities
Wouldn't it be great to have a tax-free savings plan for a person with disabilities? This may be coming soon to a state near you (not quite yet to Colorado). Congress has passed a law allowing Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) accounts, which are tax-free accounts for individuals with disabilities, to which other people can make contributions.
